'Deputy Miller, there has been another killing. I'm tired of all this blood that's spilling. He leaves his goggles, his camera and his cane. You'd think we'd catch him by now and he'd hang. I fear he's hidden, never to be found, no matter how close we keep ears to the ground. So pack up the gear and let's be on our way, I do not look forward to another day.' And as the cops rode off in their cars, a subtle smirk on Waldo's jaws. Hell if he knew how they couldn't see him standing still, but they couldn't, so all the more reason to continue to kill.
